Devon Cares: Giving Back to Our Community

At Devon Management, we believe that strong communities are built not only through the homes we manage, but also through the care and commitment we give back to the neighborhoods around us. That’s why we created Devon Cares, our dedicated community outreach department. Devon Cares brings together staff, residents, and local partners to support initiatives that strengthen, preserve, and uplift our shared environment.

This summer, our team joined forces with the Forest of Hope project at Stewart State Forest. Devon employees volunteered their time and energy to plant new trees in an area once used as a cornfield. This initiative not only helps convert the land back into healthy forest but also plays an important role in stopping the spread of invasive species. By reintroducing native trees, we’re helping to restore biodiversity, protect local wildlife, and create a greener, healthier environment for generations to come.

The day was more than just planting trees, it was about coming together with purpose. Our volunteers represented every level of the Devon team, from office staff to site employees, all united in a single goal: to make a lasting difference. It was a hands-on reminder that when we work together, small steps can grow into big change.

Forest of Hope is just one example of the work Devon Cares is proud to take on. From community clean-up days to local food drives and housing assistance efforts, we are always seeking new ways to give back and support the people who make our neighborhoods so special.

Stay tuned for more from Devon Cares – because when our community thrives, we all thrive.
