To Sign Up for an Account:
1) You will need an email address and your Yardi Account#, which you can get from the Property Manager or by calling the Prisma Resident Support team at (844) 569-0528.
2) Enter and save your Bank and/or Card information and set up Automatic payments each month.
We recommend using your bank information found on your check because when using your Bank Account, there is NO cost to you!

Prisma AutoPay to Avoid Late Fees
For added convenience, you have the option to set up automatic payments, so your Lease Charges are paid on time each month. You can choose a payment date between the 1st and 5th of the month.
No Fee if Debit Card is Tied to your Bank Account
If your Debit Card is tied to your bank, there is NO need to incur a $9.95 fee. Simply use your bank account, and it is Free to you!
Note: If you choose to pay by debit or with a credit card, a processing fee will apply based on your card type and payment amount.
Pay Rent & Cable Together
No need to set up separate AutoPays to pay your rent and cable.
Take advantage of this convenient and FREE payment process when using your bank account and avoid the need to write 2 checks or pay extra for money orders and setup.
No Need to Enter an Amount
With Prisma, you don’t need to enter an amount to pay with AutoPay. Simply select the charge you want to pay, and based on the amount of your lease and cable charge, the amount will be processed for each.
