Janitorial Superintendent
The candidate we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the daily building and grounds maintenance, care and operation
- Upkeep of all common areas, and overall facilities.
- Completing and submitting reports
- Cultivate relationships with Vendors allowing for inspections and orders to be placed with ease
- Additional cleaning and maintenance duties may be assigned as required.
- Hands-on or cumulative work experience may substitute for formal training or certification.
- Must be able to lift 1-50 lbs
LANGUAGE SKILLS Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license required.
